This 12 week program is designed using science backed training that is commonly used by many organizations and education institutions. This program will guide you through stability, endurance, strength, hypertrophy, and power. This is a pinnacle program for developing the most well rounded athlete. This program will help prevent muscular deficiencies, imbalances, and injuries. This program will grant you a one hour consultation and a second one hour educational session to answer any questions. You will have access to communication but at a limited availability. Most communication is reserved for active clients. This is considered a passive, self managed program.
