This is an introductory program designed to transform your body composition. This is meant for beginners looking to jumpstart their fitness journey. This 12 week program is designed using science backed training that is commonly used by many organizations and education institutions. This program will guide you through stability, endurance, strength, hypertrophy, and power. This is a pinnacle program for developing the most well rounded athlete. This program will help prevent muscular deficiencies, imbalances, and injuries. This program will grant you a one hour consultation and a second one hour educational session to answer any questions. You will have access to communication but at a limited availability. Most communication is reserved for active clients. This is considered a passive, self managed program.

Scientific health professional and Movement Science PhD student with extensive experience in translational and laboratory-based research, alongside a long-standing background in health, fitness, and physique development. Brings hands-on expertise in molecular and physiological research, data analysis, scientific communication, and the application of exercise science to real-world human performance, recovery, and metabolic health.
Research interests center on skeletal muscle adaptation, fibrosis, regeneration, and the role of exercise in chronic disease, with a focus on translating complex biological mechanisms into meaningful and practical outcomes for individuals and athletes alike.
Prior to academia, served over a decade in the Army in leadership and mentorship roles that shaped a deep foundation in discipline, resilience, accountability, and team development. Experienced in project management, strategic planning, organizational operations, instruction, communication, and leading both small and large teams in high-demand environments.
Driven by two core passions: using science to improve lives and serving as a mentor to others pursuing growth, performance, and resilience. Believes knowledge is most valuable when it is applied with purpose.
