Ryan has been coaching and training college athletes since 2005 as a water polo and swimming coach. He developed the MyoFit strength training system for high-performance and collegiate athletes and currently uses the program at his private studio, Myo Durham Personal Training and Physical Therapy. Ryan is also a 20-year military veteran and a leading expert in the biomechanics and physiology of swimming and water polo.
