Welcome! Your subscription will consist of 4-6 week custom workout programs designed to build muscle and burn fat without hours in the gym. To accelerate those results, you will be provided with calories, macros to plug into your favorite tracking app. If you chose, I will also send you weekly biblical encouragement through the app to keep you motivated to build a strong body that serves both you and Jesus Christ. Once you subscribe, I will send you a google form to complete that will allow me to create your custom program. I look forward to working with you!
