About Marie

As a child, I was not a fan of sports or P.E. It wasn’t until I was convinced to join swimming in high school that I realized how fun it was to work out and how much better I felt emotionally and physically after working out. I wanted others to reap the same benefits and feel good about how they felt, looked, and performed. In college my passion for fitness grew, and I got into a variety of activities like pilates to yoga to lifting weights. I fell in love with lifting, and by lifting weights, I became stronger and gained self confidence and self love. I felt empowered, and ultimately wanted to help others feel empowered, gain confidence and self love, and improve their health.

I love challenging myself, pushing past my limits, and becoming the best version of myself! I want that for everyone, and if you want to join me feel free to reach out to me.
