No matter what fitness level someone is in, their ability to move pain-free and with confidence will translate how they feel about their journey. Movement Matters aims to raise the standard of a fitness coach, we actually spend more time with clients than other licensed practitioners do, an average of 3x/week, so why shouldn’t we know just as much as they do.
