Not sure where to start with your fitness program? Have achy joints? Want to improve how you move so you feel stronger, healthier, and better than ever before? We've got you covered. We will create and customize workouts for your needs, even if you don't have any equipment. We will also check in weekly and answer any questions you have along the way. We are very hands-on with our training programs.
Most people go through life with physical struggles and joint pain that they have learned to deal with. We tolerate lower back and neck pain and limited range of motion in body parts that are meant to be flexible and move often. We hope to change that way of thinking. The Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) is a diagnostic tool to assess how you move on a joint by joint basis. We will explore everything from your neck down to your toes. We highlight areas that need improvement, create movement baselines for your unique body, and take the guesswork out of where you need help the most. You will walk away from the FRA, having learned something about your body that you didn’t know before. This is a virtual add-on to online coaching, so our FRA will be virtual (over Zoom). It will take 60-120 minutes to complete, so please plan accordingly.
