It’s a tactical hack for hectic days, not something to lean on long-term. You’ll get guided strength + mobility sessions, video demos, and in-app habit cues. You don’t skip - you split.
Momentum Core Online is a monthly subscription where I place you on a goal-aligned track and you work through it as it updates each month. Workouts average 45 minutes with the 2×22 split option on packed days. Inside the app you’ll get video-guided workouts, simple nutrition guidance, habit cues, progress tracking, and automatic program refreshes. It’s a light-touch, structured path with clear direction without the high-contact extras. Upgrade anytime if you want more personalization.
This simple circuit is designed to support both brain and body. You’ll move through pushes, pulls, squats, hinges, and core in a smooth, repeatable format. The focus isn’t on lifting the heaviest weight, but on staying consistent and leaving a little in the tank. Do this session 2–3 times per week to build strength, boost cognition, and create a habit you can stick with.
The hybrid Executive Reset combines the convenience of online coaching with the precision of in-person training sessions.
