I’m Meghan Johnston—online health coach, personal trainer, and the creator of MJ Strong Start.

For over a decade, I’ve helped women cut through the noise of extreme diets, inconsistent workouts, and “all-or-nothing” thinking… and finally build bodies—and lifestyles—they feel strong, confident, and in control of.

My background spans 12+ years in coaching, with experience across strength training, fat loss, nutrition coaching, and performance—from bodybuilding to endurance training. But what matters most?
I specialize in helping busy women 30+ create results that actually fit their real life.
