I'm super passionate about making people a healthier version of themselves. In addition to workouts to improve your functional strength, I like to look beyond fitness to other areas such as nutrition and lifestyle to help to improve your overall health. I am very much about effective workouts and adaptations to your lifestyle , that will give you long lasting, sustainable results, not a quick fix.
I love to do HIIT and resistance training when at home and when I'm travelling I do a lot of running and bodyweight workouts. Whether you have access to lots of equipment or nothing at all I can make a programme that will work for you!
