With 19 years of experience changing lives, I am certified in Exercise/Nutrition/Sports Performance and hold a B.S. in Exercise Science. I have worked with Kids, Celebrities, Olympic athletes, CEOs, and everyone in between. My passion for fitness is limitless, and I have countless happy clients who have achieved their goals. I have been featured several times on Good Morning Chicago for my success with clients.

My functional fitness philosophy emphasizes working smarter, not harder, and transforming minds first, with the body following suit. Personally, I have overcome my own weight struggles, starting at 272 pounds and maintaining a healthy 190 pounds at 10% body fat for the past eight years.
