I grew up as a multi-sport athlete so fitness was never a problem for me. However, what I realized early on is that even if people are generally educated, if they don’t have specific knowledge of how to achieve and maintain good health, they are unlikely to do what needs to be done to get and stay healthy. I have been using my ability to connect with my clients, and sound science to help clients achieve their goals for years, whether it is getting off diabetes medication to increasing speed and agility to win athletic scholarships. I have a B.S. in Biology as well as leading fitness certifications.
I am passionate about how good health makes life better for everyone. I am not trying to turn all of my clients into professional athletes. I aim to improve my clients' health through progressive exercise and good nutrition so that they can live lives with fewer health challenges and perhaps their best lives.
