Welcome to the 6-Week Physique & Performance Blueprint — a hypertrophy-focused training program designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition, increase confidence in the gym, and establish sustainable training habits. This program follows a Push/Pull/Legs structure using effective, accessible exercises that can be performed in nearly any commercial gym setting. The goal is simple: train hard, apply progressive overload consistently, recover properly, and build momentum week after week.
I’m a certified personal trainer focused on helping clients build strength, improve body composition, and develop sustainable habits through evidence-based training and realistic nutrition guidance. My coaching combines hypertrophy-focused programming, progressive overload, and performance-based training to help clients look, feel, and perform better both inside and outside the gym.
I work with a wide range of clients, from beginners looking for structure and confidence in the gym to individuals wanting to take their physique and performance to the next level. Programs are designed to be challenging, sustainable, and personalized to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle.
I also offer online coaching, customized workout programs, accountability support, nutritional guidance and in-person training in the Denver/Greenwood Village area.
