WHAT IS THE 4-WEEK CHALLENGE? A new 4-week workout program every month. Each Challenge comes with a gym workout program. The Challenges are the most affordable way to train with me. All challenges start on a specific date, and you are completing the program with a community - not competing! You will have private group access with everyone participating in the challenge for community support. Need to modify the program? No problem! Ask me for a modification in the private group. Why is it called a Challenge? The Challenge is within yourself. I challenge you to do better - be better. To you that could mean more consistent workouts, healthier food choices, learning more about recovery, or all of the above. It is important to note the Challenge is not a competition amongst the other Challengers. Actually, it is quite the opposite. The Challengers are your team. They provide support, motivation, & accountability.
