This is a dumbbell only training program that has built in progressions for optimal results! In just 6 weeks, take your strength to the next level. This is a lower body focus with 3x lower body days and 2x upper body days.
This is a four day gym program (2 upper, 2 lower). It will get you used to a gym environment and familiarize yourself with different types of equipment...oh and get you strong AF! The training phases change every four weeks, but you will be practicing similar movement patterns with different pieces of equipment. Get ready to become a pro in the weight room.
