Michael Lea Personal Training situated in Goodlife Chermside, is a specialist in getting clients fit, healthier and losing weight. I have many success stories from my 12 week challenges where my clients have lost many kilos. I have many ongoing happy customers who are grateful that I help keep them motivated to stay fit or improve their fitness level. I also train,prep and motivate many champion figure competitors and bodybuilder's for competition. I also cater to the sports specific and train a current Australian powerlifting record holder.
