Your 8-week, do-it-from-home coaching program - no gym required. Each week includes 2 short home strength sessions plus a daily walking goal that builds gently from 6,000 up to 10,000 steps. Simple daily habits (steps, water, wind-down) keep you on track, with weekly check-ins and progress photos built in. Perfect if you can't make it into the studio or you're easing back into movement. Everything you need to train well on your own terms.
