About Max

I know what it’s like to struggle with fitness and self-confidence. As a kid, I was the "husky" one, always struggling to keep up. A teammate once said, "He’s too fat to play." That moment stayed with me.

Everything changed when I discovered strength training. It became my way of taking control—not just of my body, but my mind as well. However, even as I built muscle and endurance, I still faced anxiety and self-doubt. That’s when I realized true transformation requires more than physical training—it takes a strong mindset and a sustainable approach.

Today, I specialize in helping men unlock their full potential by combining strength training, nutrition, and mindfulness coaching. My approach isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and a lifestyle that supports long-term success.

If you’re ready to become your strongest, most confident self—inside and out—I’m here to help. Let’s get to work.
