Marlow is a native of Harlingen, Texas and a graduate of Harlingen High School. He was a member of the Varsity football and track team and upon graduation received a football scholarship to Cisco Jr. College. He later attended the University of Texas and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Promotion and Fitness.

He currently holds three certifications. Marlow is certified as a Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified as a Health Promotion Director with the Cooper Institute and thirdly he is a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Marlow has been a fitness trainer since 1991 and has a strong passion for helping others improve their lives. His goals is to help as many people as possible feel better, live better and be better! With chronic disease destroying the lives of so many people Marlow has put his time and energy into creating programs that will have lifelong positive effects on the health of all those who are willing to make a change.
