I didn’t start training because I loved the gym.
I started because I felt lost.
Alone. Unstructured.
And I needed something that wouldn’t lie to me.
In 2020, at 18 years old, training became my anchor.
Not to impress anyone.
Not to escape who I was.
But to understand myself.
I’m adopted. Afro-Colombian. Raised in the Netherlands.
I grew up between identities, cultures, and expectations.
And for a long time, I didn’t know where I belonged.
What fitness gave me wasn’t just strength.
It gave me clarity, Structure and eventually self-respect.
That’s why I don’t coach motivation.
Motivation fades.
Discipline fluctuates.
I coach purpose.
Because when your reason is strong enough,
quitting is no longer an option.
Training is just the tool.
Lifestyle is the framework.
Identity is the result.
