This is a 16 week program involving full body workouts that consist of weight training, mobility training, and weight loss training! These routines will be custom and designed to fit your specific goals and needs. There will be weekly check-ins and 1 call per week. During the call we will go over every exercise, diet, and how things are feeling. These calls are to make sure we are on track with our training, dieting, and goal setting. There will be weigh ins 1x a week and progress pictures taken every week.
This package includes 1-1 online training and nutrition guidance. There will be weekly video calls and 3 check-ins a week! This package also includes my mobility and stretching routine.
