Hi, I’m Chach Silva.

Years ago, I completely blew out my knee. I tore out most of the cartilage in my right leg until it was bone on bone. I gained 40 pounds, lost confidence, and felt stuck—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The pain was constant, and the depression was real. I even thought I needed medication just to get through the day. But I made a decision. Enough was enough.

I committed to changing my life.
I rehabilitated my knee. I lost 40 pounds. I rebuilt my mindset. And I got into the best shape of my life.

That experience lit a fire in me to help others do the same. Today, I coach high-performing professionals who are ready to break through their own barriers, whether physical, mental, or both.
