Hi, my name is Chach Silva.

Years ago, I completely blew out my knee and gained 40 pounds. I was depressed and felt like I needed pain medication to get through. I knew it was time to make a change, so I decided to do what it took to change my life. I rehabilitated my knee, lost 40 pounds, and got into the best shape I've ever been in.

My experiences inspired me to teach and train others to overcome whatever interferes with their health journey. As an online Health Coach, my coaching focuses on nutrition, behavior change, and one-on-one health coaching.

Using my Lvl fit app, my clients get access to customized workouts and meal plans based on the goals we set together. No matter the fitness level, I will customize a program based on your needs. I'm a coach who monitors and tracks clients' progress, while also educating them on how to make healthier choices throughout every step of their fitness journey.
