This is a well orchestrated 8 Week at home training plan designed with simplicity and fundamentals in mind. • You’ll need: dumbbells, a mat, and a good attitude! **A weight plate and adjustable bench are used in the making of this program but WILL NOT make or break the results if they aren't used.** • As with all LMPT Products, all sales are final. No exceptions.
No equipment needed! Just move your body and kill your excuses! Training sessions aren't scheduled in the calendar. Train as you go on your own time.
This 90 day program is going to give you all the tools you need to build a foundation and framework for fitness, for the rest of your life! • Every 2 weeks the workouts gradually change and get more intense. The Advanced Push Pull Leg (PPL) program is built for people who have completed my 6 Week Ramp Up Plan. Or for those in their first year in the gym who need a structured challenge that gets progressively harder. This program is 8 weeks long.
