This 12 week program is created for someone wanting to learn how to complete a 10K. The plan is for the beginner runner or someone with minimal running experience. This program does not include any strength exercises. An additional program can be created for you if you'd like to add to your 10K program. Please contact LRSFitness. The program is built to start on the Monday following your purchase.
6 week program created for the beginner runner or someone who hasn't been running in a while and wants to get back into running. This training plan starts on the following Monday of your purchase. It doesn't not include any weight lifting or stretching exercises. If you'd like to add a custom plan to accompany this running schedule, please contact LRSFitness and one can be created for you.
