A 10 week programme which will help you build up to running 5K. Start by alternating short periods of running with walking and build to longer runs over the 10 weeks. There are 3 x run/walk sessions and 1 x bodyweight workout a week. The workout is designed to help improve basic/core strength and doesn't need any equipment. Additional advice & support provided along the way. The programme will start on the Monday following your purchase and you will have full access to the training app for the 10 weeks of the programme.
