About Julie

Owner and founder of Live Once, I was inspired to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help people become the best version of themselves, I made my own transformation and knew I wanted to help people achieve their own goals.
I know it's not easy, the journey to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle can be confusing, difficult and seemingly unachievable.
It's a careful mix of mindset and movement coaching that keeps you moving towards those goals.
There's a thousand options out there but the truth us, the program that's going to work for you, will be the program that is made for you.
I use personal training and coaching in a variety of forms including nutrition support and lifestyle guidance, bringing them together to deliver a holistic coaching service.
My ultimate goal is to see you reach yours, and upskill you so that you are independently able maintain results.
