About Lisa

For the past 15 years, I have dedicated myself to not only enhancing the fitness and nutrition of my clients but also to championing the often-overlooked subject of menopause awareness. My journey began with an honours degree in Psychology from Queen's University, which provided a deep understanding of human behaviour. This foundation was instrumental in my work as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), where I helped individuals navigate mental health challenges.

Transitioning from mental health to physical health, I founded an online nutrition and fitness program aimed at empowering women to take control of their well-being. Over the years, I expanded my expertise, becoming a certified nutritionist, strength and conditioning coach, sports rehabilitation therapist, and menopause health practitioner.

My holistic approach to wellness integrates these diverse skills, allowing me to offer comprehensive online health and lifestyle coaching tailored specifically to the unique needs of women. A core aspect of my mission is to educate and empower women of all ages about menopause. I believe that too many women are unprepared for this significant life stage, often lacking the necessary knowledge and tools to manage its symptoms effectively.

Through my coaching, I emphasize the importance of fitness and nutrition in fostering lifestyle behaviours that optimize health outcomes as women age.
