Bronze gives you the structure you need to stop guessing and start training with purpose. You’ll have a personalised programme to follow, simple nutrition guidance, and monthly support to keep things moving in the right direction.
In person clients only
Every month you will get 4 session credits for 60 min PT Session (in-person) (expire after 1 month)
Gold is for those who want a more hands on coaching experience. You’ll get everything included in Silver, with extra check ins, more detailed feedback, priority support, weekly form reviews and closer monitoring of your training, nutrition, recovery, and progress. This is the best option if you want full support and stronger accountability.
Hybrid 1 gives you the structure and accountability of the Silver online coaching, with one in person PT session each month to work on technique, confidence and exercise execution. This is ideal if you mostly train independently but want face to face guidance to make sure you are moving well and progressing properly.
Hybrid 2 gives you full online coaching with two in person PT sessions each month. This gives you more regular face to face support for technique, confidence and progression, while still keeping the flexibility of online coaching. It is a strong option if you want accountability, structure and regular coaching without needing weekly PT.

Silver is for those who want more than just a workout plan. You’ll get weekly check-ins, nutrition targets, progress tracking and support to help you stay consistent. Your plan will be adjusted around your progress, lifestyle, recovery and feedback so that it actually works in real life, not just on paper. You also get everything that is included in bronze
My name is Ben Tompkins, founder of Lionheart Fitness and my mission is simple: help people build strength, confidence and long term healthy habits.
My passion for training comes from years of personal fitness and the discipline developed through my time in the armed forces, where I built over five years of structured training experience. That background taught me the value of consistency, resilience, discipline and purposeful training.
Through my own journey, I realised that many people feel intimidated, overwhelmed or unsure where to start in the gym. Lionheart Fitness was created to change that.
My coaching focuses on making fitness simple, structured, sustainable and enjoyable. I help clients build strong foundations first, develop habits that actually stick and follow training that has real purpose, not just random workouts. My coaching style is motivating but realistic, disciplined yet supportive and I aim to create an environment where clients feel encouraged, challenged and confident as they progress.
