Save money on your workouts by Training in a group setting (No more than 4 people per session) This Package includes 2 x 45min Sessions a week where the small group will focus on similar goals and receive the push and guidance needed to take your training to the next level.to get the most bang for your buck.
This product is the entire package! You will work with me to ensure you have a thorough plan to achieve your goals by addressing your physical activity as well as your nutrition. You will have access to a personalised program which is tailored to your individual needs, wants and goals while tracking your progress and form carefully. This is NOT a template program. This will require your input so that we can work together to achieve your workout goals. You will also receive Calorie intake, Macronutrient and Micronutrient goals as well as meal suggestions (created by certified nutritionists) to hit these targets. Most importantly you will receive ON-GOING support and accountability with the ability to share your food tracking with me. You will receive check-ins which will include measurements, a biofeedback and a mental health check in so that we can track what is working and what is not. I will use the opportunity to educate you so that you may adopt the ability to make informed decisions for yourself in the future. This is not a personal training package. This is Premium Coaching.
The Aggressive Diet Protocol will include Calorie and Macro tracking among other statistic tracking. It will come with access to my online portal that contains a library or resources including tutorial videos explaining every step of the journey and a PDF and resource library containing food lists, meal plans and much more.
