This 3 month training program is designed for individual looking to start s simple trading program that will get them up and moving. The are 4 days of workouts with 1 out cardio(walking) day. All workout can be done at home with minimal equipment.
This is a 6 month training program is made for any Individual who is look to have a fresh start on being fit and taking charge of their fitness goals. This program is designed from low intensity to high intensity workouts made to gradually build you from the ground up. There are 5 days out of each week that include work. 2out of the 5 days are cardio exercises. For example: walking or cycling. No weekend workout and a trainer on hand to answer any questions at any time. Also exercises can be altered.
