I won't schedule cardio, that part is up to you on how much cardio you want to do. I don't provide meal plans as that is out of my scope of practice but I will provide you with your recommended calories, macros, a meal plan template for you to create your own meal plan, my fitness pal for you to track cals and an app that will create a meal plan to fit your needs.
