My name is Ashley LaMorte, I am your certified trainer and have been in the fitness field for a decade. I have had the opportunity to train all over the bay area in California, helping folks improve their lives through fitness. I love the health and wellness industry, because of how it has impacted positive changes in my life. I am queer and realize there's very little options in the queer community for accessible health and wellness programs. I want to change that. I want to provide support and tools to improve folks quality of life. Fitness is more then just keeping our bodies fit, it's also just as important to keep your minds fit.
