I’m Coach K, a Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer who has achieved what many believe is impossible: losing 100 pounds of body fat and keeping it off for good. I’ve done this through natural, sustainable, and enjoyable lifestyle changes—and I’m here to help you do the same.

If you’re tired of failing at fat loss, overwhelmed by dieting nonsense, and ready to reclaim your body while still enjoying the food and movement you love, you’re in the right place.

I wasn’t born an athlete. In fact, my letterman jacket isn’t for sports—it’s for Theatre Arts. Fitness never came naturally to me, and I didn’t grow up loving exercise. I had to learn the hard way how to eat and move in a way that works for real life. That struggle taught me invaluable lessons: fat loss isn’t about perfection, and it’s definitely not about fitting into a trainer’s one-size-fits-all plan. It’s about creating a process that works for you.

I spent years as a career Educator and Lobbyist, advocating for others. But after a decade of failed weight-loss attempts, I finally found the key to unlocking sustainable fat loss: not keto and cardio, but protein and muscle.

What started as a personal accountability journey on Instagram turned into a global mission. As I shared my story, thousands of women from the US, Jamaica, the UK, South Africa, and beyond started asking, How are you making it look so easy? From there, I began helping women reclaim their bodies, shred the pounds for good, and break free from the diet industry's lies.

Through GOD’s divine wisdom, my path shifted—from the classroom to the courtroom to the internet. Now, I have the privilege of connecting with hundreds of thousands of people each week, sharing educational fitness content that transforms lives.

My clients don’t just lose weight and body fat. They reduce pain, feel amazing, and gain confidence that ripples into every area of their lives. They pass on what they’ve learned to their families, stay committed to their health journeys, and finally believe they’ll never have to start over again.
