This 4-week introductory plan is designed to help you build a strong and balanced foundation. You'll be training with me three days a week, focusing on full-body strength, and supplementing with 30 minutes of steady cardio. To complement your hard work, I've designed a Flexible Eating Guide that has been exported to a Google Doc for you. This guide is a key part of the plan, giving you the tools to fuel your body and achieve your goals without feeling restricted or overwhelmed by strict rules.
