About Kirsti

Hi! I'm Kirsti, founder of MomsGoneFIT and owner of Live Fit Studio in Tyler, TX. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a world leader in fitness certification & education. I also graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science Kinesiology Degree.

I have over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness industry including 5+ years of personal training at local gyms in my area as well as at UT Tyler and have instructed several group fitness classes where my total body class in particular had a consistent attendance of 50+ people per class. I also managed a medical spa for 8 years where I offered one on one health coaching including workout and nutrition plans and performed weight loss services that delivered high results. I am also a former BodyBuilding Champion in the Bikini and Figure Divisions and placed Top 3 in the Physique division.

Since the birth of my daughter in 2021, I have become even more passionate and knowledgeable regarding pre and postnatal health. I am a Pre & Postnatal Core Specialist where I offer specialty core training programs both in person and online to help women in all stages of life whether you are currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant and postpartum women whether you are 6 weeks, 8 months or 10 + years postpartum, my core programs help flatten your tummy and strengthen your pelvic floor and deep core muscles for optimal function and stability.
