While looking to get results in one week is not common, this can help give a very small taste of some training and the app. Nutrition coaching is not included, but is part of other programs I have available. Build muscle and sculpt the body with strong feminine curves! Program built to burn fat and develop lean muscle mass with curves all in the right places. These workouts are meant to challenge you, exhaust the muscle groups, push your strength and give you something to build upon each week. These are "off the shelf workouts" not uniquely customized to personal goals, but they will be built around a full body training program. I'll provide the programming, but you are in control! You will need to push yourself, maintain form and keep yourself accountable. Move through the weeks with intention to build upon week prior. This program includes... - Monthly program; New workouts load monthly on the Monday for the first full week of the month. - 5 workouts a week (Monday-Friday - you can self adjust) - APP Based! Take it with you while you workout. - APP allowing you to track workouts and track your own meals - Demo videos for each exercise - Workout instructions - Typical Workout Split: 2 Lower Body / 2 Upper Body / 1 Full Body - CORE built into workouts - Equipment needed: Gym machines, Gym Cable machines, DB's, Barbell, Smith Machine, ankle attachments for cable machine (glutes work), long loop and short loop bands. Method of Programming: - focuses on mainly hypertrophy training with high volume sets to exhaust the muscle groups while incorporating strength workouts throughout - Phased workouts: Week 1 of each month introduces new workout exercises and sets and the rest of the month repeats those workouts to allow for progressive overload and for you to improve from prior weeks. - You decide the weight that should be used; but push yourself! weight should be challenging but FORM must be kept. - Workouts programmed with primary single exercise sets and supersets and accessories. - Cardio - occasionally cardio is built into the workouts as a circuit at the end of a workout or a full single workout. Any other cardio should ALWAYS be performed AFTER your weights workout but keep cardio to a minimum. OPTIONAL NUTRITION ADD ON: - Nutrition is vital to muscle building! Progressive overload format is worked in to ensure progression and build muscle - Phased workouts: new workouts monthly. Week 1 of each workout introduces new workouts and week 2-4 repeats those workouts to allow for progressive overload and for you to improve from prior weeks - You decide the weight that should be used;. However, I will be keeping track of load and reps to ensure you are pushing yourself so you can ultimately reach your goals - Workouts performed as single set compound lifts and supersets depending on the workout.
