  • Functional Flex

    Functional Flex is a hybrid program with a nice blend of your traditional bodybuilding movements to build muscle and more functional movements to improve your overall fitness at the same time. You can do this from the comfort of your own home, garage gym or a commercial gym. You will need access to barbells, dumbbells, pull up bars and kettlebells. This will be a 5 day a week program with two built in rest days. It is recommended to take two days off per week for adequate recovery. The five day split allows you to maneuver through the week with your personal schedule. If you are a beginner, start with three days a week and over time you can ease into adding additional days.
