My name is Katie and I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, gym owner, and most importantly, Mom. My passion for physical activity came when I was in the military. Where I then went on to get my Bachelors in Exercise Science and certification.

When I became a mom, maintaining my physical well-being became even more important. Not only was it a priority to stay active for them, it was my priority to teach them that it's important to take care of yourself.

For the past five years I've helped clients both in-person and online. Creating programs to help clients meet their goals, feel better, and gain their confidence back. I'd love to work with you to help you do the same!
