Through the app, you will receive feedback on your form and progress. Your coach can track your workout and nutrition from your home, the gym, or while traveling. Hello, my name is Rahim Greenwood. I am a Christ follower, former athlete and a fitness/health consultant from California. I currently live in French Valley Winchester. In 2008, I started helping clients develop a healthier lifestyle by providing health and wellness consulting through foods, meal planning, and exercise strategies.
