COACHING SESSIONS During this program, you'll connect with Coach Jason from Base Fitness and Nutrition Online Coaching every two weeks through video or audio chats. In these sessions, Coach Jason will team up with you to create good strategies, keep an eye on your progress toward your goals and following the program, and give clear guidance on specific exercises. Together, you'll work on improving habits that are working well and addressing any areas that need a boost. The main goal is to help you develop a balanced lifestyle that brings out the best in you and accomplishes your goals. NUTRITION The program's nutritional guidance will focus on setting up healthy habits or choosing a plan based on your specific needs. You'll get access to a personalized plan with lots of recipe options that match your tastes and still keep you on track with your goals and the program. We believe in making nutrition enjoyable and tasty, so no more boring meals! HABITS We'll put a spotlight on building good habits during this program. The aim is to establish and achieve positive habits over time, while also working on dropping any habits that don't serve you. This phase is all about helping you change your mindset, build mental strength, and improve your physical fitness. Coach Jason will expertly guide you through this process, helping you create habits that not only transform your body but also your mind and overall well-being. TRAINING PROGRAM Your workouts will be tailored to whether you're exercising at home or at the gym, depending on what you have available. Coach Jason will provide you with videos and explanations designed to suit your needs and goals, whether it's shedding weight, gaining muscle, or enhancing your performance. The program is designed to gradually move you forward toward your goals. SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN You'll also receive personalized recommendations for supplements based on your goals. These supplements will fill in the nutritional gaps and cater to your sport-related performance and recovery needs. CARDIO Your cardio routines will be created to match your specific goals and fitness level.
