With the purchase of this product, you will be emailed a questionnaire regarding your current body, goals and activity level.  Once the questionnaire has been returned, we will breakdown your personalized macronutrients and send it to you through email. This will give you macro  percentages and calories as well as food choice tips and advice- it will not give you a menu or meal plan.
