Chisel is a 20-week gym-based program that you can repeat as many times as you want. There are three phases with the perfect blend of muscle-building lifts and fat-burning cardio. Program phases have a suggested calendar, but workouts can be completed on days that work best for you. All exercises have instructional videos to help with form. You will have access to the app for 12 months after purchase but you can download or print the workouts to use forever.
This program is designed to help you build strength, tone your body, and improve your fitness using only dumbbells and resistance bands—no gym required. You can complete the workouts on any days that fit your schedule, but aim for at least three sessions per week for best results. Show up, give your best, and your effort will pay off. This program is 8 weeks, you will have access to the app for 6 months from purchase. You have the ability to download/print your workouts to keep them beyond the 6 months.
