About Josh

After years of university education, thousands of hours training clients and my own personal physique transformation, I’ve built up enough knowledge to come to some conclusions; I know what works, and equally as importantly, what doesn’t work.

I have an MSc in Sport Nutrition and a BSc in Sports Science and Physiology. This has given me an in depth understanding of human physiology and how it can be best manipulated for performance and physique goals. Having also lost over 7 stone - I understand the struggle!
