Jean-Claude Adolphe is a NYC based professional fitness and wellness coach, and has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 20+ years. JC is certified by NASM-PES, AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) Group Fitness Instructor, TRX-Suspension Training, Pre-Post Natal, and Precision Nutrition. Jean-Claude has serviced Collegiate Athletes (Soccer, track & fields, basketball, volleyball, marathons, professional dancers, triathlons and weight loss management clients...) and worked at various commercial health clubs, such as Sports Club/LA SCLA, Reebok Sports Club/NY RBK, CRUNCH FITNESS, Master Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness, New York Health & Racquet Club NYHRC.
I've always love working out and started exercising very young at the age of 7 years old, I studied different style of martial arts such as Taekwondo, Kickboxing, Judo and Karate. I enjoy playing sports like soccer, American Football and I also enjoy going hiking, I played soccer and ran track in High School, and later in the years I started training for bodybuilding and won my first bodybuilding competition back in College. I became a fitness trainer due to an accidental injury suffered from my cervical and lower back which led me to attend chiropractor and physical therapy treatment for nearly two years. From observing being treated by my chiropractor and physical therapy, at that moment it became a passion of mine to learn more about the health and fitness field in order to help others that may have experienced similar injuries as well. I have continued to further my education and credentials (See listed below) as a fitness professional. And by keeping up with new research and cutting edge technology I am able to further help my clients achieve amazing results worldwide.
