I’ve had the privilege and pleasure of decades of experience as a fitness coach, sport/remedial massage practitioner and mindfulness teacher. I'm passionate about guiding and nurturing holistic health, as it takes a whole lot of courage, support and discipline to create long-term physical and emotional transformation.
As the years have gone by - I'm now in my 50's - my coaching has evolved into a restorative fitness approach. It's so important for us Gen-Xers and Boomers to honour our bodies with good food, a centred mind and exercise prescriptions that are relative to our unique needs and capabilities - most of us have been there, done it, bought the t-shirt, and make noises when we stand up!
As an author in the mind to body sphere, The Power of Yoga For Men - Bloomsbury Publishing, my approach to fitness, health and life is holistic by nature. A healthy & strong body gives us the support for clarity of mind, which allows our emotional health to be honoured and grounded.
