About Jessica

Hi and welcome! I am a certified and trained professional in exercise science, personal training and nutrition coaching. My mission is to teach busy women how to move with ease and love the process of loving their strong and powerful bodies again. You don't have to feel uncomfortable in your skin. A little about me...
I have my Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Salisbury University and my personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine. I have my nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition and have been training for 7 years. I have trained over 100 women and am not stopping there.
I was an army brat, navy spouse and now currently an online entrepreneur. I have to rescue dogs that my husband and I rescued from Okinawa, Japan and I love going on long walks with them, watching Grey's Anatomy on repeat and having an occasional glass of Pinot Grigio.
