Offering private personal training for people who want or need to workout at home guided by a professional. This is an 8 session package good for 30 days from the first day of training. Each session is 50 minutes. These private sessions are great for people who need the accountability and interaction with a trusted coach. If you want to re-educate proper movement mechanics, learn my tips and tricks for getting the most out of each rep and exercise and are ready to truly improve deeper core to total body strength then this training experience is for you. I always aim to provide fun, challenging (appropriate to each person's fitness level) and educational sessions. I want you to get the most out of the little time you have for self-care each session. I can train you whether you have no equipment, minimal equipment or a miniature gym at your location. We will go through an assessment and I will develop a customized plan that meets you where you are and efficiently helps you reach your goals. This is a 3-month workout program designed to help those who need to safely and effectively get back in to a workout routine while at home. You will need either a pair of db's and/or resistance bands. You'll be introduced to my tempo training methods and techniques which are all demonstrated in the videos and laid out in the instructions. Each month you will progress in tempo and reps and overall volume (sets and workload), this helps you to progress in strength and conditioning. There are 4 workouts to complete each week for each phase ("Push" / "Pull" / "Total body #1" / "Total body #2"). To be successful and see results you need to do at least 3 workouts per week (push, pull and one of the total bodies). This program really sets the tone for all my other programs by providing safe and effective workouts while rebuilding your foundation of fitness!
This is a FREE, 1-week hybrid fitness workout plan. Designed for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts, these workouts are designed to help you see and feel what "hybrid" fitness and training is all about. From strength and power, to endurance and speed training workouts, this sample week has it all. I've also included a day for mobility and an active recovery (rest) day to keep things balanced.
