Das PAU Hybrid Package ist ein strukturiertes Performance Coaching Angebot für Athleten aus dem Leichtathletik Verein PAU, die gezielt stärker, schneller und belastbarer werden wollen. Individual 1-on-1 Coaching 2x per week with Coach Ibri This program focuses on personal goals, technique development, performance improvement, and long-term physical development. Training sessions are scheduled individually. Terms & Rules - This membership includes two personal training sessions per week. - Monthly memberships have a 14-day notice period for cancellation. - Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. - Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. - Late arrival will shorten the session accordingly. - The Ibriathletics house rules are binding and must be followed. The Kids S&C Small Group Session is an additional training option on top of the regular Kids Group class. It takes place once per week in an exclusive setting with a maximum of 3 children. The small group size allows for more individual coaching, technical refinement, and focused athletic development. This session is ideal for children who want extra attention, faster progress, and a more personalized training experience. Conditions: • This membership includes access to the regular Kids Group Training sessions and serves as an additional weekly small group session. • Max. 3 children per session • Once per week at a fixed time • Limited spots available • Registration confirmed upon payment • Missed sessions cannot be carried forward
