No gym. No weights. No equipment. Just you. Built at Home is a 4-week training program designed to help you build strength, improve conditioning, and stay active using only your bodyweight. Whether you're training at home, traveling, or simply don't have access to a gym, this program gives you the structure you need to keep moving. The program follows a simple 5-day schedule combining strength, cardio, core work, and recovery: Day 1: Strength Day 2: Cardio Day 3: Rest & Recovery Day 4: Strength Day 5: Cardio + Abs Workouts are approximately 30 minutes, making this a realistic program you can fit into your day without needing a gym membership or expensive equipment. This program is great for beginners, anyone returning to exercise, or anyone looking for an accessible way to stay consistent from home. All you need is a little space and the willingness to show up. Start where you are. Use what you have. Let's get to work.
Not sure if you're ready to commit to a full gym program? Start with me for free. This 3-day trial gives you a chance to experience my gym-based training style, see how the workouts are structured, and get a feel for what you can expect from my full programs. You'll get three workouts using gym equipment designed to introduce you to my approach to training: building strength, developing muscle, moving with intention, and learning how to challenge yourself without sacrificing form. There's no pressure and no commitment. Just three days to train, challenge yourself, and decide if my programming is right for you. You don't need to be the strongest person in the gym. You just need to be willing to start. Three days. Completely free. Let's get to work!
Level 1: Build Your Foundation Ready to get stronger, challenge yourself, and see what your body is capable of? Level 1 is a 5 week strength program built with an emphasis on developing a stronger lower body while continuing to build and maintain upper body strength. You'll hit lower body three times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with upper body sessions on Tuesday and Thursday. Not ready for three lower body days per week? No problem. You can start with two lower body days by taking Wednesday off and training legs on Monday and Friday. As you build strength, consistency, and confidence, you can work your way up to all three days. Saturday is an optional upper body day for those who want an additional training session. Take it when you want the extra work or use it as another recovery day when your body needs it. This isn't about being a beginner or advanced. Level 1 is simply where the journey starts. It's the first phase of a progressive training system designed to give you structure, consistency, and a reason to keep showing up. You don't need the perfect schedule. You don't need to be the strongest person in the gym. You just need to start. Your Week Monday: Lower Body Tuesday: Upper Body Wednesday: Lower Body or Rest Thursday: Upper Body Friday: Lower Body Saturday: Optional Upper Body Sunday: Rest 30 days. One program. Your starting point. Let's get to work.
Level 2: Keep Building You built the foundation. Now it's time to keep progressing. Level 2 is a 4 week strength program designed to build on the work you completed in Level 1 while introducing a new training split and new challenges. Your lower body training shifts to two focused days per week, while your upper body training becomes more specific with dedicated Push and Pull days. You'll also finish the week with an additional upper body session, giving you a balanced approach to building strength throughout your entire body. Some of the exercises and movements in Level 2 build directly from exercises introduced in Level 1, which is why completing Level 1 before starting this program is strongly recommended. The goal isn't simply to make things harder. It's to take the strength, movement, and consistency you've already developed and continue building from there. Your Week Monday: Lower Body Tuesday: Push Wednesday: Pull Thursday: Rest Friday: Lower Body Saturday: Upper Body Sunday: Rest You've already proven you can start. Now prove you can keep going. Level 2 gives you a new challenge, a new training structure, and another 30 days to become stronger than you were before. Don't start over. Build on what you've already earned.
Level 3: Put Your Strength to Work You’ve built the foundation. You’ve learned how to move. Now it’s time to see what you’re capable of. Level 3 is a 4 week strength program designed to build on everything you learned in Levels 1 and 2. This phase introduces more tempo work, new movement variations, and a progressive approach that takes you from higher reps and controlled movements to heavier weights as the program progresses. Week 1 starts with higher reps and an emphasis on tempo, control, and learning the movements. From there, the reps gradually decrease while the weight increases each week, giving you the opportunity to progressively challenge your strength. By Week 4, you’ll reach your heaviest week of the program with lower reps and longer rest periods, giving you more time to recover and push yourself. But Level 3 isn’t about lifting heavy just for the sake of lifting heavy. It’s about knowing when to push, understanding when to pull back, and having the confidence to make those decisions for yourself. That’s why I strongly recommend completing Levels 1 and 2 first. They give you the strength, knowledge, and experience that Level 3 is designed to build on. You’ve done the work to get here. Now trust what you’ve built. Control the weight. Challenge your strength. Listen to your body. Form over everything. Let’s get to work!
My fitness journey started as a college soccer player, but over the years I've explored everything from CrossFit and bodybuilding to functional training. Each style taught me something different about strength, movement, and what our bodies are capable of, and those experiences have shaped the way I train and coach today.
I also come from an underserved community, and that has shaped how I view fitness. I've seen firsthand that access to gyms, coaching, nutrition, and even the knowledge of how to train isn't equal for everyone. It's one of the reasons I'm passionate about making fitness feel more accessible and giving people tools they can actually use on their own.
My approach combines functional training with bodybuilding. I want you to build muscle and get stronger, but I also want that strength to mean something outside of the gym. Training should help you move better, feel more capable, and give you the confidence to take on whatever life throws at you.
That's why these programs are about more than following workouts. I want to teach you how to train. You'll learn how to progress, when to push yourself, when to listen to your body, and how to become more confident making those decisions on your own.
Whether you're new to training, coming back after some time away, or simply looking for more structure, start where you are and build from there.
My goal isn't for you to depend on me forever. It's to give you the knowledge and confidence to eventually not need me at all.
Show up, stay consistent, and let's see what you're capable of.
Let's get to work.
