About Gregg

During my career, I owned three personal training studios.Two of them were called Bodies by Hoffman, and the one I the one I co-own with my wife is called Urban Pump Personal Training Studio, located in Denver, Co.
I have set up an intern program with Heritage College and Emily Griffith Opportunity School to better prepare students for the real world of personal training, and I also hired and trained my own staff over the years as well.
I have also logged over 35,000 hours training individuals to better fitness. This gives me great insights into what works for getting results.
