Fire Your Glutes is a 4-week strength program designed to wake up underactive glutes and help you feel more supported in your body, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting. When your glutes don’t fire properly, your lower back, hips, and knees often take on extra strain, which can lead to stiffness, aches, and poor posture. This program helps restore balance in how your body works so movement feels easier, more comfortable, and more natural in daily life.
